Returns and withdrawal

Below is a summary of the consumer’s right of withdrawal for online purchases and the statutory exceptions. In the case of defective goods, statutory consumer remedies apply.

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receiving the goods. To exercise this right, a withdrawal notice must be submitted and the goods returned according to the instructions.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods delivered in a sealed package which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery. As we mainly sell household chemicals and cleaning products, opened or tampered items are generally not eligible for return.

If the goods are defective, damaged, leaking, or do not match the description, please contact us. In such cases, statutory consumer rights regarding non-conformity apply.
