Returns and withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receiving the goods. To exercise this right, a withdrawal notice must be submitted and the goods returned according to the instructions.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods delivered in a sealed package which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery. As we mainly sell household chemicals and cleaning products, opened or tampered items are generally not eligible for return.
