By using this website and making purchases you agree to these Terms.

Company: CyberDeutsch OÜ (“we”). Customer — a natural or legal person placing an order on the website.

A sales contract is concluded when we send an order confirmation to your e-mail.

We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or due to an obvious pricing error, informing you and refunding any payment.

All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

The total payable amount is shown before you complete the payment.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by secure providers; we do not store full card details.

Delivery time and cost depend on the selected method and address. See Shipping .

Tracking information will be provided when available after handover to the carrier.

Returns depend on the product type and condition. For online purchases, a 14-day withdrawal right generally applies, but for household chemicals and cleaning products there are important statutory exceptions.

Unopened and unused goods may be returned within 14 days under VÕS § 56(1).

Hygiene and cleaning products are not eligible for return if the sealed packaging has been opened or tampered with — exception under VÕS § 53(4) p 4¹ (sealed package, health/hygiene).

For defective or incorrect goods, consumer rights regarding non-conformity apply under VÕS § 218 and remedies including VÕS § 222.

Warranty periods and scope are defined by the manufacturer and EU law.

Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the order unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms; the current version is always available on this page.
